ABL are pleased to announce that Alice Parker has been promoted from Accounts & Complaints Assistant, to Admin & Customer Service Supervisor, with effect from Monday 23 October. Alice has been an integral member of ABL since joining us in March, and plays an important role in the day to day operation of the company, and has also been an invaluable asset as part of our Customer Service team.
Alice has worked hard to develop and streamline the despatch procedures of ABL, and has applied the same energy and initiative to our complaints department, with great success. Her new role will see her overseeing the Order Processing team, and a Customer Service Representative that we are in the process of recruiting.
