ABL: Improving customer service and experiences

Having listened to our customers and their feedback on our performance, we are fully committed to improving all aspects of our customer experience.

As part of this, working with our IT partners, Cooper Parry, we recently began the implementation of Microsoft’s cloud based financial solution, Dynamics 365.

Paul Stotesbury, ABL’s Managing Director said, “We identified a solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 that is cloud based application providing our sales and customer service teams with access to real time customer, supplier and stock information. This allows us to improve our overall customer offering.   Like our strapline, our new system will make us faster, tidier (removing much paperwork) and smarter.

To continue with our rapid growth we needed to be more responsive to customer requirements and this investment is just the start of the process.”

Paul Stotesbury and Paul Mckenzie, our FD were pleased to be invited by Victoria Critchley from Cooper Parry (our IT partners) to present at the prestigious Microsoft Partner Event held today at the home of Rugby in Twickenham Stadium.  We were asked to explain why we needed to move from our current systems and to explain how Dynamics 365 will help us to improve ABL’s processes.

Paul McKenzie said, “thanks to Victoria Critchley and Cooper Parry for inviting us to the event today.   It was a pleasure to present to Microsoft’s partners on the benefits that the Dynamics 365 will undoubtedly deliver for ABL and our customers in the near future”
