A unique range, stylish finish and innovative design… ABL’s Glide Monitor Arm is now in stock!

The wellbeing of employees in the office space is becoming more vital, and the number one cause of lower neck pain is due to incorrect monitor positions. ABL is excited to launch the newest, innovative Monitor Arm which holds the solution to this issue!

The Glide dynamic monitor arm solution offers a full range of adjustability allowing the user to position their screen at the correct eye level which in return helps reduce strain on their neck and back.

The Glide Monitor arm is available in 5 energetic colours including white, white/silver, black, black with blue inserts and finally black with green inserts. The innovative design allows the end user to mount the arm onto their desk effortlessly, thereby freeing up more space! Not only can the arm hold between 1.8kg and 9kg but can also be positioned in a variety of different heights between 170mm and 430mm.

In addition to the single glide arms which are now available and in stock, there is also a tool rail arm also available and in stock. To compliment and finalise the range, there will be a dual monitor arm and accessories including a USB charging hub, tablet and laptop holder which will be available from late spring 2017!

“Over the last two years, we have worked closely with Julian Wren and CBL Worktools to produce a completely new range of monitor arms which will be exclusive to ABL.

Using a collaborative approach, the brief was to produce a range of “good, better and best”. We wanted to introduce colours in to monitor arms rather than the current offering of the standard silver or white by adding the new black with blue or green inserts. We wanted a quick release VESA plate mechanism across the whole range; a quick portrait to landscape change; fluidity of movement etc.

The Glide monitor arm range has been designed by the design and engineering team who have worked on a number of successful and market leading ergonomic work products.

So we now have The Glide range featuring arms with the brief mentioned above and featuring an extensive range of movement, and with simple and elegant design aesthetics. The range features class leading cable management, striking colour accents and ease of fitting.

Exclusive to ABL, the range will roll out from January to the full range being available from Easter 2017.

Our manufacturing partner has already concluded a number of installations with two large multinational companies (namely a major bank and a major mobile phone manufacturer) in the Asia Pacific Region with great success.
